Welcome to The Sound at Washington Acres Homeowners Association website. The Sound is a wonderful family-oriented residential neighborhood made up of 74 homes located along the Intracoastal Waterway in Hampstead, North Carolina.
The 2023 membership dues for the neighborhood association are $630.00 per year. Click here for payment instructions assessments are now due Quarterly. The Sound HOA Board members maintain this website to help keep neighbors connected with neighborhood news and events.
